Team us

The Moon continues in Libra and today we are filling the shoes we committed to on Monday. Growing into a new role can feel exciting, but also challenges the way we related to ourselves in the past. Ultimately we know this growth is good for us, but there may be parts of us that would prefer to remain unchanged.

Acknowledging that there are many parts of us is important now. Having gratitude for how all of the parts of us have served us in the past is quite liberating. Giving all of the parts (even the one who would rebel against our better judgments) an important new job that directs their energies in a way that helps “team us,” can feel a lot different than resistance.

Just having a process that observes ourselves this way can interrupt old patterns.
