WHY Workshop our weeks?
Listen, dynamic things happen for us every week, and when we tune in and plan, strategize and open our perspective on a weekly basis, we create new neural networks that get stronger over time. These new brain patterns will become automatic, and eventually create a state that JUST IS, in the expanded, cyclical, ever benevolent flow of the dynamically rendering reality! WE BECOME AN AWARE CO-CREATOR with NATURE!
NOW, Imagine doing this with a group of people every week and feeling the generating force of an entire community, receptively connecting, gracefully surrendering, and strategically leveraging the natural rhythms.

WHY MOONDAYS?
We will meet virtually each Monday 10:00 am Pacific time (each meeting will be recorded for you to utilize any time) because I typically partition off my Mondays for personal strategy, care and maintenance of my body and life (dishes, clean up from the weekend etc.) and choose to “WORK” (see clients, create content etc.) Tuesday - Friday with MORE EFFICIENCY due to my preparation on Monday! I have been using this method for years and created a planner with all of the elements I use to create my weekly strategies. I wanted to share my methods NOW so that you can feel the relevance and grace of Astrological Rhythms in your every day life as well. You can use my planner, or any planner you choose. How will the workshop be structured?
At the top of the hour I will lead a basic grounding check in, get us all present with intention, then discuss the Weekly Initiation for that week. Next, I will create some time / space for some personal reflections for members of the group to gather some focal points in their Internal Notes section of the planner. After that, I will cover briefly the transits of the week and how to use them to their fullest, in context of where we are and where we are going. Finally, I’ll give suggested instructions for how to tune in and ask for deeper discernment through the remainder of the week, (we will schedule it together!) using the provided questions, or a ritualized method of your own. At that time I will stop the recording and open the remaining time for discussion.
These formal part of these meetings will be concise, taking just 30 minutes each week. We will cover a lot in a short time, so all of the recordings will be available to review again throughout the week in the space below. (Password will be provided when you join!)
